It has been five years since Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry was attacked by Voldimort and his Death Eaters. Which means it also has been five years since Harry Potter, Herminie Granger, Ron Weasely, and the members of the Order and Hogwarts defeated Voldimort and brought peace to the world once again.
Hogwarts was closed only for a summer to repair and replace staff. When September 1st rolled around, the school opened its doors again for all who wished to learn. Five years after the war the school is still going strong. The letters have been sent, and students will soon board the Hogwarts express and start a new year of magic.
But, wait. Even though the war is over there are still Death Eaters alive and those who still believe in Pure-Bloods only. They are still hunting down those they deem “unworthy”. The students at Hogwarts are more important than ever because it is they who will decide what the future looks like.
