Right. So the elder Deveraux brother inherited their father's estates about 15 - 20 years ago. He holds a lot of political power at Court because he is 5th in line for the throne. This also makes him dangerous, as he can arrange for the deaths of all the 5 people before him. Will that happen? Up to you. As far as personality goes, whatever works. =D I just kinda want him to exist...since he's Jason's older brother. Check this bio for history parameters. Oh, he has to be older than 42.
